The mission of the Quality B&Bs is simple and based principally upon quality managerial standards that guarantee accommodation in family-run residences, impeccably organized, as a result of a long-term training experience, carried out in order to better satisfy our guests and their expectations.
We make sure that our products are locally produced, we offer a warm welcome to our guests, we take good care of the rooms, we ensure that the linens and towels are changed and we are committed to a constant improvement through our guest satisfaction questionnaire.
Our principles are expressed in the “Carta dell’ospitalità familiare” (Family Hospitality Chart), our handbook where our priorities, our standards, our requisites are clearly defined: the design and care of the bedrooms, the bathrooms and the common areas.
